Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will sign a contract and make the first payment. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer fee of thirty percent (30%) of the sum of the Total Cost. The remainder must be paid on or before 30 days prior to the event.

  • You will receive the gallery within 24 hours.

  • Of course! If you already have a backdrop you love, you are more than welcome to use it. We just can't be responsible for setting it up and/or taking it down.

  • We require 1 hour to set up our photo booth. Our setup also requires a covered area of 8'X8'X8' with solid flat floor/ground and access to a three prong outlet nearby.

  • Yes! You can add up to 5 hours for an additional $100 per hour before or during the event.
